The Jeremy D Stovall Splurge Foundation Perseverance Scholarship is an annual scholarship in honor of Jeremy D Stovall's unwavering commitment to perseverance and his belief in the power of education. This scholarship aims to support and recognize students who have

demonstrated exceptional perseverance in overcoming challenges and adversity in their academic pursuits.

 

The scholarship is open to high school seniors who have displayed remarkable determination, resilience, and a strong work ethic in the face of personal, academic, or socioeconomic obstacles. It seeks to reward individuals who have shown the ability to push through hardships

and maintain a steadfast dedication to their education.

 

Through the Perseverance Scholarship, The Jeremy D Stovall Splurge Foundation aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students, enabling them to pursue their educational goals and unlock their full potential. This scholarship not only recognizes academic achievements but also acknowledges the strength and character exhibited by students who have triumphed over adversity.

Please note that specific submission guidelines, deadlines, and eligibility criteria may vary and should be verified on the official scholarship application platform or website.

 

Purpose: high school seniors based on demonstrated academic achievement and financial need, 

 

Criteria:   The students eligible for assistance must be graduating seniors from a Michigan high school. They must have been accepted to an accredited two or four-year college or university with a minimum of 12 credit hours. Consideration will be given to students with a 3.0 or higher overall GPA. The student’s record of extracurricular activities and community service will also be considered. Students should submit a scholarship application on the form provided.

 

Amount:  Scholarship awards from $250 - $1000 are based upon merit. Awards will be submitted to the college or university when the student has completed enrollment, and shown all their 

 

Deadline: April 30, 2025 - Scholarship awards will be presented at the annual Splurge Day event on May 31, 2025.
